Discovery Call
A focused conversation about your project: the room, what isn't working, what you'd like it to become, your rough timeline, and the practical constraints we should know about. You'll leave the call knowing whether we're a fit and exactly what happens next — and so will we.

In-Home Consultation & Measurement
We walk the space together, in person. We measure everything, examine the structure and mechanicals the project will touch, photograph conditions, and talk through options against the room as it actually exists. This is where condo logistics, permit triggers, and structural questions surface — early, when they're cheap to answer.

Design & Proposal
Your project takes shape as a concrete plan: layout drawings, cabinetry elevations, a material and fixture direction, and a written proposal that defines scope plainly. We refine it with you until the plan is one you understand completely and are genuinely excited to build.

Construction & Handover
Build time. The home is protected, the schedule is communicated, and the plan is executed in the right order — demolition, rough-in, inspections, finishes. We walk the finished rooms together, resolve the punch list, and hand over a space that was built to be lived in hard.
